By registering, using or accessing the services provided on http://www.yobombo.com (will be mentioned as the "Site" hereinafter) by Turuncu Yazilim Ltd. Sti., Istanbul, Turkey (will be mentioned as the "Company" hereinafter), user (will be mentioned as "Member" hereinafter) confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the following rules (will be mentioned as "Agreement" hereinafter).

Therefore read carefully and if you have any questions, contact us before registering, using or accessing the Site.


ONLY USERS WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MAY REGISTER FOR THE SITE.

Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Site without supervision by a legal guardian.

  1. Member Conduct

Member undertakes to understand and agree the following:

  1. Member will create only one account on the Site.
  2. Member will register an e-mail which is in use and belongs to them.
  3. Member will not provide inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or false information to Company or to any other Member.
  4. Member will use the Site only for their sole, personal use and they will not authorise others to use the Site or otherwise transfer their right to use the Site to any other person or entity.
  5. Member acknowledges that they are personally responsible for the safety and confidentiality of the data, such as user name, e-mail address or password, required for their logging in at the Site.
  6. Member acknowledges that they are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account.
  7. Member acknowledges that all information, text, data, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (will be mentioned as "Content" hereinafter), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
  8. Member acknowledges that Member, and not the Company, is entirely responsible for all content that they upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Site.
  9. Member will not publish e-mail addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, links and other contact details.
  10. Member will not publish insults, libels, obscene expressions, pornographic or other immoral materials; materials demonstrating or propagandising cruelty, terror or violence; materials offending human dignity; as well as other illegal materials.
  11. Member will not use material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
  12. Member will not post, copy, transfer or show in any manner any copyrighted or trademarked or proprietary information or materials without the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
  13. Member will not use the Site to upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
  14. Member will not use the Site for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process.
  15. Member will not use the Site (or the system provided) to transport to any other Member any obscene, profane, defamatory, offensive, threatening, harassing, or illegal materials that offend or violate any other party's rights.
  16. Member will not engage in any advertising or solicitation to buy or sell any products or services through the use of the Site.
  17. Member will not attempt to interfere with any other person's use of the Site; not to mislead or disturb other Members; not to contact other Members in cases where their actions clearly indicate unwillingness to be so contacted; not to mediate relationships of other Members.
  18. Member will not hold themselves out as sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Site.
  19. Member will use the Site in accordance with the current applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
  20. Member will give the Company an exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, translate, change and convey the materials added by the Member to Site or transferred by them to Site by other means so that anyone can have access to them in interactive regime from any place and at any time and give the Company the right to public notification.
  21. Member acknowledges that by using the Site, they may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
  22. Member acknowledges that although Company will provide notice of material changes to this Agreement on the Site, as a Member it is their sole responsibility to keep themselves apprised of any such modifications or amendments.
  23. Member acknowledges that; should Member object to any terms and conditions of the Agreement or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the services in any way, Member's only recourse is to immediately: (a) discontinue use of the Site; (b) notify the Site to disable their account.
  24. Member acknowledges that, use of the Site and the services is entirely at Member's own risk.
  25. Member acknowledges that Company uses cookies to store Member's preferences, record session information, and collect aggregated demographic data, and that Members may need to enable cookies from Company in order to use most functions on the Site.
  26. Member may modify any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and click on the "Settings" link, or they may click here to contact us.
  27. Member acknowledges that in the event their access to any part of the services on the Site is suspended due to the breach of this Agreement, they agree that all fees then paid to Company by them (if any) shall be non-refundable.
  28. Member may purchase coins (will be mentioned as "yoco" hereinafter) for use solely on the Site. yoco is redeemable only on the Site for digital merchandise and content, yoco is non-refundable, yoco has no monetary value and yoco is not transferable or assignable.
  29. Member may decide to upgrade their Membership to Gold status for an additional cost. For details on pricing and what it means to be a Gold Member, please visit http://www.yobombo.com/en/people/upgrade. Gold Membership will end at the end of the period that is paid for.
  30. Member acknowledges that, if they cancel their subscription, they are NOT eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. If they have pre-paid for a certain period of service, they are NOT eligible for a refund of any portion or a prorated refund of any portion of the pre-paid amount upon cancelation.
  31. Member acknowledges that all judgments concerning the applicability of these rules shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of Company. Company will remove the offending material and alert the Member against repeating the offense. If another direct violation of Agreement is committed, a Member's account will be fully terminated. A Member is not necessarily offered a warning. An account may be terminated at any time, without notice, depending on the severity of the offense.

  1. Company's rights

Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right for the following:

  1. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or amend this agreement at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, without any specific notification. A new version of the Agreement becomes valid from the moment of its appearance on the Site.
  2. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, enhance, change, suspend or discontinue the services on the Site, in whole or in part, including changes to access and use procedures, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.
  3. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide fee-based and free of charge services to Members. Member agrees to pay any fees incurred by them.
  4. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the cost and types of the services on the Site and their validity periods.
  5. Company reserves the right to monitor the Site to enforce this Agreement, but does not assume any obligation.
  6. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to edit or delete materials published by Members on the Site if they breach the terms of this Agreement or cause damage to Company or to the third parties.
  7. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to investigate, prosecute Members individually and/or terminate Member's account and cancel Member's subscription and/or membership if Member has violated the terms of this agreement, misused the Site, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful, illegal or unsafe, and require Member to remedy such violation, and/or take any other actions that Company deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies. In this instance the Member's payment (if any) will not be refunded.
  8. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to block Members from certain IP addresses from accessing the Site, for any reason or for no reason at all.
  9. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to block any Member from using or accessing the Site for any reason or for no reason at all.
  10. Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to use the Member's the email address to send them Site-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. Company may also use the Member's email address to send them other messages, including, by way of example, changes to features of the Site and notices of promotions and special offers. If Member does not want to receive such email messages, they may opt out (a) by adjusting their email notification settings on the Site (if available); (b) by following the Unsubscribe Instructions link on the bottom of the e-mail message; or (c) by sending e-mail to info@yobombo.com. Opting out may prevent them from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.

  1. Liabilities

Company, in no circumstances, will be liable for the following:

  1. Company, in no circumstances, will be liable for infringement by the Member of any copyright and other rights belonging to third parties by publishing materials in contravention of the legislation in force (including copyright laws), added by the Member to the Site or transferred to Company by other means.
  2. Company, in no circumstances, will be liable for the Content, reliability and accuracy of the materials published by the Members.
  3. Company, in no circumstances, will be liable for any loss or damage, loss of information or any other losses incurred by anyone and arising out of the use of the Site, including the use by means of mobile communications and other telecommunication.
  4. Company provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not warrant that Member's use of the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free or will meet their requirements, or that any defects in the Site will be corrected. Company disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, the connectivity and availability of the Site.
  5. Member agrees that, Member's correspondence or business dealings with advertisers found on or through the Site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between Member and such advertiser. Member agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the Site.
  6. Member agrees that, the Site may contain links to third party sites. Company is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a Member should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Company's privacy policy only governs information collected on the Site.
  7. Although Company has no duty to monitor, control or edit the Content posted by Members and is not liable for Content that is provided by others, Member understands and agrees that Company may, but is not required to, review, edit and delete any content or profiles that, in Company's sole judgment, violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal, unsafe or that might violate the rights of other Members.
  8. Company does not guarantee that any monitoring it does perform will be to the Member's satisfaction.
  9. Company will not be liable to Member or any third party for any modification, change, suspension or discontinuance of the services on the Site.
  10. Company, in no circumstances, will be liable for any loss or damage arising from any errors, invalidity or belonging to anyone else of the e-mail address registered by Member.
  11. Company, in no circumstances, will be liable for the currency exchange rates and/or transaction fees charged by the banks to Member, during payment.

  1. Indemnity

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, managers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising of their use of the Site in violation of this Agreement and/or any breach of any provision of this Agreement.


  1. Disputes
  1. In case of any dispute, the dispute will be governed by the laws of Republic of Turkey, and Courts of Istanbul will be authorised.
  2. If Company provides a translation in another language of the Turkish language version of this Agreement, the Turkish language version of this Agreement will control if there is any conflict.








Privacy Policy

Persons under the age of 13

yobombo does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site or the services at any time or in any manner. If yobombo learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Site, then yobombo will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.


Information Collection and Use by yobombo

yobombo collects Member submitted information such as name, photograph, email address, and age. yobombo also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, marital status and geographical location.

yobombo also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate Member data, cookie information, and browser type, from Members. This data is used to manage the website, tracking, prevent click fraud and improve the services of the Site. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Members. Member IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

yobombo may use and publicly display Members' photographs submitted by Members on the Site to others, including in connection with advertising or promotions of yobombo's products and services.

yobombo may also use the Member's e-mail address to contact Members with respect to such promotions unless the Member has opted out of use of their e-mail address in accordance with the Terms of Use.

From time to time, yobombo or a yobombo business partner may sponsor on the Site other promotions (including promotions involving third party products and services), sweepstakes or contests. Members who choose to participate in these other promotions, sweepstakes or contests may be asked to provide, or permit yobombo to use, other personally-identifiable information, including, by way of example, name, age, gender, personal interests, stories about how the Members met others using the Site or Services, email address, or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. By providing information in such circumstances, you consent to the use and sharing of your information with such partners for such promotions, sweepstakes or contests. Except as described herein, yobombo will not disclose your email or direct contact information, without your prior consent unless we have a belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of yobombo; (iii) enforce yobombo's Terms of Use; (iv) protect the interests of Members of the Site (other than you) or any other person; or (v) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of the Services or equipment as authorized by law.


Protection of Information

yobombo implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

yobombo offers the use of a secure server for payment procedures. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards) will not be stored on our servers.


Use of Cookies

yobombo uses cookies to store Members' preferences, record session information, and collect aggregated demographic data.
